I believe in a natural approach to health, with a focus on preventing all types of injury. I am devoted to healing and optimising the health of every one of my patients.
Growing up in the Hills + Foothills region, I have lived in the area my entire life. I graduated from University with the National Chiropractic Graduate of the Year award, as well as a multitude of other clinical/academic excellence awards. Having studied a range of chiropractic techniques, I have developed an integrated approach with a particular interest in both family wellness and sports chiropractic. I have extensive clinical experience both overseas and locally, ranging from treating high level athletes to over 55’s.
Over the years I have travelled to remote communities throughout India and East Timor, providing chiropractic care and working as a volunteer.
Outside of chiropractic I am an international level sports competitor. I have been fortunate enough to win competitions in China, placed top 10 at the World Championships in the USA, and won multiple National Championships throughout Australia.

My passion for healthcare began at a young age when I was competing in both state and national level sports. Having constant injuries I received poor treatment and advice which led me to have longer term injuries.
I started at UWA with a Bachelor of Science, and an Honours in Human Physiology. But it was my love for overall health and well-being, and injury prevention that drove me to chiropractic. I graduated with a High Distinction from Murdoch University and received the Vice Chancellors Award for Academic Excellence.
Outside of the clinic, I train heavily in boxing, running, strength and conditioning and share a great love for all food, wine and coffee!

I have been working as a Chiropractic Assistant for almost 10 years. I love connecting with people and helping them.
When I am not working I spend my time with my husband and little girl, catching up with friends and family, travelling when I can and enjoying the beautiful hills life.
